Oh, ob must have heard my distress message cos this afternoon when he came for a meeting in our office, surprised me with a cup of Ben & Jerry ice-cream! I ate happily without realising i had my lips full of chocolate stains.. ;) You're the Best!

Think Jared's gonna start teething soon cos lately he's been chewing on his fists a lot, or anything he grabs will shove it into his mouth. Kinda cute but full of drool~

Jared is coming to 6 months old (times flies!) so i make an attempt to feed him some solids. Bought the milk cereal with rice and fruits mix for him. The 1st mouthful make him raise his eyebrows and look at me with his sorrowful eyes, like it's the most awful stuff that he's ever tasted. I find it's quite tasty actually, ha! Not too much though cos he looks like he's gonna puke, that's enough for a 1st meal.

I find it's actually quite fun if you're disciplined enough to update the blog regularly cos it's a good way to keep the memories. But i'm really lazy, to think last time i don't even write in a diary either, heh heh! As long as you are interested to read my life and of Jared's, i will carry on writing.

Hoops became my very 1st reader! Haha! I'm so happy! She's online this morning so i sent her the link.. She's now on maternity leave, after giving birth to a very cute baby boy Vyan on New Year's Day 2009. Little Vyan boy, everybody will celebrate your birthday with you next year, and that includes me, your lovely aunty Piddles yah? :)

Went to visit my dearest fren Hazel's parents last sun cos they came back from Seattle to spend xmas with her and wei. She bought for me, well for Jared too (nowadays its a share share situation, ha!) my fav Hoops & Yoyo plush toys.

Hazel even bought a cute green bag to house the 2 cyberspace buggers. Damn cute! She got me 2 door hangers- Welcome to my room & Do not disturb which I've used the latter in office.

Yest at work, ob they're having lunch with union reps at Swensen's so i say i want a ice-cream cone.. (Last time at work, no reasons in particular but maybe becoz ob is in a good mood he'll give me a 50 dollar bill and ask me go get ice-cream for everyone in the office. I think he wants to eat but too shy to ask me to get one only. Haa! So we all get to eat, What a happy day!) So i had a light lunch and looking forward to my ice-cream cone but later got a sms from ob who needs to rush off for another meeting so cannot tabao in time. I say never mind, work more important. Poofff! There goes my comfort snack and i had cornflakes instead, during teatime. -_-Ha! Well, always a next time ya? *wink wink*

Roy is having a cold today and doc has given him one day MC, something which i've not heard of since the day i know him way back in 1998! Can only say he's getting older or weaker.. Haha! Take care of yourself dardee, if not i'll have to take care of both the big and small one mann!

Well, I've been contemplating about writing in a blog for some time, mainly because I'm not sure if I'm prepared to share my thoughts and feelings online.. But after some persuasion from close friends who think its a good idea to keep in contact, I've decided to take the maiden plunge. Haha!

I'm so lazy! I should actually have a headstart when I gave birth to Jared last year, on 15th July 2008. Cos at least I can share with you his first glimpse of this world. Oh well, better late than never right?

Now I'm lying on the bed and waiting for my hair to dry. I had a short crop for a few months and I dreaded waking up to a bad hair day so instead of being diligent of washing and blowing the messy hair in the morns, I've decided to had it permed! In this way, even if its messy, ppl would think its just the way the perm looks.. *smiling sheepishly*

Yawn! That should be quite an achievement for a 1st post! Meaning to add some pics too but my lappie's bluetooth doesn't seemed to connect to my phone.. Grr.. I hate gadgets! Well, maybe just a pic of my Jared boy alright? Always a next time.. Patience is a good virtue.. Haha! Gotta wake up later to pump milk, nitez!

Jared at five & a half months.. Quite a handful, the little bugger. My mom just loves to dress him in white. =P She says it makes him looks clean.. -_- Aren't all babies clean & fantastic smelling?? Unless their mommies din wash them up properly?!!

Apart from the photo, i've got a clip of Jared below, taken on the 31st dec 2008, around 10plus at night. Instead of me looking forward to counting down to the new year, i'm counting down to him falling asleep! Meatball just refused to sleep! He prefers to do some screaming & kicking though, as if complaining to why i keep telling him to go to bed.. Ahh babies..~
