Roy's ex-col from air force invited us to his son, Rayden's 1 year old birthday. The lady carrying Jared is his mom, the little girl is his sister Rachael. I'm surprised Jared actually let his mom carry him, cos he's normally quite fussy. :)

The birthday boy is on the right, and his mom introduced Jared to the aunties.

While waiting for them to get bring out the bd cake, we went out to the children's poolside. Jared really loves water and can't wait to get his feet in it. Roy's crown of glory compare to Jared's.. When will his hair starts growing?? -_-

Weekends feel pretty short to me nowadays, specially with a kid in tow. By the time you washed, fed, dressed him up, packed the bb stuff to go out for lunch & marketing, half a day's gone. Well, we just went to ikea nearby for the meatballs.



Maybe should have a nice kid's room for him, except that all our rooms are filled with stuff.



He seems contented & at ease despite the crowds.



I don't think i'm those parents who will spend the $$ to get so many props to keep their babies occupied. Just bring him to ikea since its so near our place, hahah! So cheapo hor? :P



After which we went giants to do the weekly groceries. Damn trolley is full of static! No wonder Jared's looking grumpy!

I find that he's similar to me in some ways.. I also have this habit whereby i like to cover my head with my stinky to fall asleep, yummy~

It's very fascinating when you found out that he's imitating some of your actions. Like we always do this clicking sound with our tongue, he knows how to do it too!

Sometimes we do behave like clowns or jesters, just to catch their attention. Here you can hear me trying to sneeze, and he just finds it so amusing. Dunno what's so tickling..?? +_+

Not sure if you noticed a tiny black clip on his head, my mom's the culprit. Think she's either is too bored, or feels that his fringe is too long, or just wants another grandkid.. -_-

Daniel's admitted to CGH due having diarrhoea for two weeks! We went to see him on tuesday during lunchtime but mainly cos we wanna have lunch outside, haha..

Saw this basket of pretty roses outside the duty officer counter, the duty manager brought it back from a VIP flight, if not it will be thrown away. Wasteful right?

I still enjoy receiving flowers even though its very rare nowadays..

Here's my little nursery. Recently added the violets, hope they bloom always..

One of my col got me homemade rice flour patties & yellow bean gravy for breakfast. Purely vegetarian. It may not look appetizing but it sure taste good!

Met up with Yoyo for lunch to catch up & also i want to see her new hairdo she got it done in hkg. We just talked & talked, even with food in our mouths like there's no tomorrow.

We are the gossips girls, hahaha!

Supposed to be lunch but they had this breakfast all day thing so i want to eat sausage & eggs! Whereras Yoyo only had bagel, i'm a glutton!

Jared is Number One when comes to play! Just enjoy hearing him giggle.

Its very rare Jared can finish his milk without disruptions & even falling asleep!

Sometimes you wakes up, to either a good or bad hairday. Same goes for Jared. Yesterday happened to be a good day for him. Could be the cool weather after a heavy shower, not much mood swings & screaming about. He can even sleep in the cot, which is a First!!!

22nd of May is a special day, at least for Shimei & Jason cos it's their wedding anniversary! And it's the 4th year this year. :)

We went to Hort Park along anderson road cos Shimei wanted to get some pots for her orchids. Me & Roy have never been there before.. Its really a nice place to go, all the greenery amidst the office district.

They sell a huge varieties of plants there, i also got 2 pots of violets to put in the office. Hope they survive! ('',)

Weather is super sunny & humid & our faces are greasy.. Hee..

In my dreams, comes a huge bungalow with a spiral staircase.. *Dream on*

They have this place on display which is just like a home but the walls are all glass. So we have to enter barefooted into the eco-friendly home. Wish my house is as huge & bright..

After which we proceed to Zhou's kitchen opp ikea for a dim-sum high tea. This is the highlight of the day.. :)~

Nice food, nice ambiance & good company again.

I used to enjoy car wash when i was young, watching the guys outside giving the car a good scrub while we hide in the car all cozy & cool.

But this is the first time for Jared, he looked a bit stunned though.. :P

Feeding him pumpkin porridge and making a mess. But he seems to be enjoying himself though.. :)

My cousin is staying just 2 blocks away so we paid her a visit on sunday. Her boy Marc is younger than Jared by 3 months, and he's looking chubby & well-behaved. He doesn't even mind me carrying him! Who can resist the charms of Piddles? Haha!

Jared is growing taller & is losing his chubbiness. Not cute liao ley.. :P

And he keeps scratching his ears, like a monkey mann.. -_-

He's starting to learn how to wave!! So interesting ya.. But as usual, only for a short while and he turns bored and does the backflip thing again.. This boy ahh!

I noticed babies' attention spans are really short, nothing catches them for long. But Jared is really into commercials, literally any commercials on tv will have him glued without blinking!


But still, he's fascinated with the balloon we brought back from JZ's party. Wherever his walker goes, the pooh bear follows.. :)


For those who has seen Jared from the 2nd day he was borned, he really looks different now huh? I really missed the time when he's still a tiny baby, so small & harmless.
Now he is a TERROR!


Lindy so sweet, wished me belated happy birthday on tuesday, she & gerri got me godiva chocolates. Muaks!


Yoyo flew to hkg today! Arghh! Cun wait for my turn!
