Birthday Celebration - Part 4 + Jared

Before you peeps get bored of all my celebrations (lol), I thought I should show you some pics of J just in case you miss him.. haa!

SM gave me a goodie bag from JZ, he's turned 3 last week... so fast!
And J is fascinated with this paper ball..


There's a hole in the paper ball whereby we need to blow it up.
J keep sticking his finger into the hole.. He likes anything with holes in them.. =_=


When he's happy, he's really very Happy!
My mum cut his fringe recently, looks like a dork!

Last but not least.. I had dinner with Yoyo last night. Supposely together with Hoops one, but she's held up with project at the last minute. Yoyo & Piddles miss you!


This skinny Yoyo so thin liao still wanna eat salad.. But to be fair, she shared her salad with Piddles.. Lol..


We both like our rice swimming in gravy... the wetter the better.. (Somehow somebody's gonna get the wrong idea, hee).


Yoyo's already superrrrrr busy with her work but she makes an effort to prepare a gift for Piddles, with facial masks & cream & beauty stuff for her.


Piddles *hearts* Yoyo too. Thanks for the treat & prezzie!

Birthday Celebration - Part 3

16th May, Monday

Since Piddles took leave on her birthday, her CA peeps gotta wait until the following monday to give her a treat.. Awww~ :D


Sometimes I like to set timer to take picture of ourselves, rather than get help. It's fun this way, trying to get everybody's heads in the screen..!


Ok, we're more prepared in this one. *Smiles**


Even though my birthday's already over but they insisted on getting a candle on the cake. And they even get the staff to sing Happy Birthday song together to me (a loud cheerful one this time).
*blush**


Piddles is really touched and happy.


Making another wish. *hope my wish come true!**

Ha, I took another half day cos I have to celebrate with my best buddy, Shimei.
She's gonna be a mummy soon in Oct but she took the trouble to come out to meet me. *hugz**


We had high tea at Ritz Carlton, Chihuly Lounge.


I had the normal jasmine tea while SM chose Granny's Garden.



Unlike other high tea buffets, we're being served different courses here. Saved us some trouble of walking out to choose the food, and just relax being couch potatoes.


The place is spacious, uncrowded with big comfy sofas. There's a female pianist playing softly in the background too. Totally enjoyment with good food and good friend around.

Wish my friend Yong can come back soon, we can go for another round together.


Despite SM complaining that she looked plain, I still forced her to take another picture with me. It's not everyday I get to see my buddy ok?! :D

Birthday Celebration - Part 2

13th May, Friday

I've been trying to keep a bit low key this year.. Cos I'm officially middle-age liao.. I know age is just a figure but still.. we can't escape from the harsh truth, haha!
Anyway, my peeps have been ever so sweet to celebrate my birthday for me. God bless them!


Lily has been the sweetest pie to me since she came to our office. She first surprised me with her birthday breakfast to me 2 years ago.
This time I asked her to take a pic with me. :)

I took half-day off after lunch so that Roy can bring me out to celebrate too. We went to Raffles Hotel, Tiffin Room.


I love Raffles Hotel, for her rich history & vintage surroundings. A secluded oasis in the middle of a busy town. Old building amongst the new buildings. A lot of Caucasians stay in the hotel, even though a room can cost around $400-500 a night! Sheeshh..~


The inside of the hotel is equally exquisite.


Gives you a dreamy feel, makes you just wanna sit back & relax & stare into space.

It's a nice chocolate mousse cake but we're really too full to finish it. And too shy to pack to go too. Haaa!

We went to Fruit Tart Shop for 2nd round, cos we're too noisy at the restaurant that everybody kept turning round & look at us. Matter of time before the people in fruit tart shop turn to look at us too.. Heh..~


We ordered 5 different types of fruit tarts to try out. Not all are nice though..


The reason why Piddles smiling so pathetically is coz the birthday song they sang for her was pathetic! Like somebody just punched them in the stomach & no strength to sing etc.. :P


Nonetheless, she is one happy Piddles cos her peeps took time-out from their schedules to celebrate for her. She loves them very much!
